How did Nous help you with your house move?

I just bought a house and moved into it a few weeks ago. It’s a two-up two-down with a small yard at the back.

It was like having a personal assistant who sorted everything for me. I was speaking to Sadaf from Nous, and it was just amazing having her there to answer questions for me without having to ever sit on hold. I hate having to call up companies and sit on hold and be passed around loads of people. You can waste hours of your time and not get anywhere, it’s been amazing not to have to do that.

What was the best thing about the help you got?

The cash saving has been good, but really, it was the support choosing a provider and time saving that was of real value to me. I’m never going to spend £50 extra for no reason, but it’s the time saving aspect that has been really important from the start.

What was your approach to your household bills before you joined Nous?

When I lived in my old flat I wanted to go for eco energy, that was really important to me and I’m happy to pay a little bit more for it. I’m not necessarily a bargain hunter, I’d rather have a quality product than a bargain. 

At the same time I don't want to be ripped off and I’m quite impatient. I want the right product straightaway and I don’t want to have to think about it too hard.

How would you describe your experience with Nous?

It’s like you have a personal PA, which is absolutely brilliant. I found myself asking questions which I wouldn’t have expected you to know the answer to but you always could. I had lots of questions about my broadband package, like about whether it was fibre optic and what I needed to do with the router, and I got all the answers I needed. Sadaf who I spoke to was always willing to spend time to help me.
